Delivery time

We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days and it will then generally be offered by PostNL to the delivery address the next business day. We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible but unfortunately we have no control over the delivery time of PostNL.

After we have shipped your order you will receive within 24 hours an email with the track & trace number of PostNL. With this number you can follow your order.

Delivery costs

For the shipment of parcels Bloesem Vintage makes use of the services of PostNL. The shipping costs within the Netherlands are € 4,95. The shipping costs to Belgium are €9,00. Bloesem Vintage ships orders above €125,- for free within the Netherlands.

Are you not satisfied with your purchase? And does your return meet the return conditions? Then we will refund the order value to your account as quickly as possible. The shipping costs of the return are for your own account.

These are the conditions:

The return is within the statutory 14 days reflection requested by e-mail and sent back to Bloesem Vintage.
The product is returned in original condition. If the product is worn, damaged or dirty, the return amount will not be refunded.
Make sure the product is well packed for the return, preferably in the original shipping packaging. This is to prevent damage in transit.
The package must be returned with PostNL, in the presence of a track & trace code.

This is how you can return your order:

Send an e-mail to info@bloesemvintage.nl containing your order number, the product you want to return and the reason for your return.
You will receive an e-mail from us with the return address.
You pack the products you want to return. This can be in the original shipping box or any other suitable shipping box. Make sure this happens neatly so that the products can't get damaged.
You send the return package with PostNL to the address that you have received from us by e-mail. The costs for this are for your own account.
Once we have received your return, we will check whether it satisfies the conditions set out above.
We will transfer the amount due minus the shipping costs back to you within 7 working days.
