Each clog is made with love and an extensive production process made up of 250 steps. Our clogs are handmade using natural materials, so sometimes there may be small inconsistencies between pairs. The process includes hand cutting and moulding the leather, embroidering and piercing each motif, bringing together all the various elements to create boots with their own identity. Each pair of clogs has a tracking code which is recorded to identify the clog and give it a unique identity. These clogs will stay with you forever, making memories that last.
One of the key elements in the production process is the ‘Goodyear Stitching.’ The Goodyear system consists of a double stitch that joins the foot of the shoe to the sole: an internal stitch holds the upper leather to the inner sole and the welt, while an internal stitch fastens the welt to the sole.

We usually ship your order the same or next business day. Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder, or email us.
Deliveries are sent during standard business hours Monday to Friday, purchases made on weekends and public holiday will be processed the next business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via email. During busy periods there may be delays with order processing and dispatch. Please keep in mind that we're a business operated by 2 women only. We're grateful for your patience and doing a happy dance for every order. ♪
Within Europe we ship with PostNL, worldwide with DHL Express which usually takes 1 to 7 business days.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Customs / Import Duties and Taxes
All taxes are included when purchasing within the European Union. However shipping outside the European Union does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Dandelie is legally required to declare the full Euro value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, you will receive a return form from us that you can include in the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The costs of returning are for the customer as well as the responsibility. We recommend to sent with track and trace and assured.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
