Earrings are handmade of polymer clay and the charms are brass (copper alloy). I reuse as much clay as possible, so as to waste as little as possible. Plugs are also brass. I make the ornaments by mixing clay/ using alcohol ink and sometimes I paint them with acrylic paint. They are finished with cernit so they are well protected. Making a series of earrings is very laborious and takes about a day from start to finish.

Materials

The earrings are made from polymer clay and the charms are made from brass (copper alloy). The gold charms and plugs are sourced from a platform for handmade and vintage materials. Plugs are also brass, only the hooks in the first picture are "fake". I make the ornaments by mixing clay/ using alcohol ink and sometimes I paint them with acrylic paint. They are finished with cernit so they are well protected

The brass does not discolor! Only it can get a little darker over time, but by polishing it is quickly back to shiny. The earrings therefore remain beautiful for a long time. The hooks of the pink marble are made of nickel-free material.
